How It Works

Getting started with Tasks Done Daily is as easy as 1-2-3!

We wanted to make working with us as simple and easy as possible so we’ve kept the steps you need to take to get your project done to a minimum.

Step 1 – Contact Us

As a new client, you are eligible for our “Free New Client Consultation” where we will contact you back to learn more about your requirements, needs, goals, etc.   To us, this is the most important step as it allows us to get to know you and learn how we can best service your needs.

There are two ways in which you can contact us:

1) Email – Use our contact form or send us an email (recommended for including specific project details)

2) Phone – Give us a call @ 1-888-803-1848

Please include specific details for the service you are interested in so we can confirm the services we can provide along with a “soft” quote if requested.

Step 2 – Confirmation

Once you confirm that you are happy to proceed with our services, we will issue you an invoice from the agreed quote or package of minimum 5 hours (hours required should be included in “soft” quote) service depending on what you select and the corresponding billing plan.

We will then provide you with a non-disclosure agreement to protect your confidentiality, a short “Get to Know You” survey and our Terms of Service Agreement.

Step 3 – Get to Work!

Now it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get started!  One of our project managers will contact you via your preferred method of communication to go over project details and time frame.  After that, we get started providing you with a progress report (for longer projects) or the finished product upon completion.
