Rates and Billing
We’ve laid our prices out there for everyone to see based on the level of technical service required. Every client receives the same high quality service without the added fillers and fluff. We’ll price out your projects according to our experience and only charge you for what you need.
We use a 2 tier system depending on the type of service you require and the experience or skill level needed to successfully complete the job. We bill on an hourly basis within 15 minute increments. Some projects may require a quote or flat rate billing which is determined prior to your projects commencing.
Tier 1 – Administrative Services Starting at $20/hour CAD
This covers most of our services and includes administrative and secretarial tasks.
Tier 2 – Technical or Design Services Starting at $30/hour CAD
This covers our more skilled projects like web design and web maintenance.
Your projects are monitored and overseen by Toresa and Don. All projects and tasks are checked for quality and accuracy prior to the final product being delivered to you.
Billing Information
Hourly – Per Project Plans
For those who may not need the consistent services or may choose to use our services for specific tasks only, we offer an hourly or per project rate. We suggest you purchase a block of hours (5 hour minimum at the appropriate Tier rate) in advance and we’ll let you know when those hours have been used. Hourly blocks must be used within 30 days of the purchase date.
While we will do our best to always accommodate your needs, we can’t guarantee our services can be carried out within the timeframe you require. To ensure availability you may want to consider our Monthly Rate Plans.
Monthly Rate Plans
This plan would suit anyone needing tasks done on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once you purchase a set number of hours per month (5 month minimum) we will guarantee availability and prioritize your projects accordingly. Invoices are sent out at the beginning (1st) of each month. Any additional hours required within the month will be added to your next months invoice.
Express Service
While most projects have a set deadline pre-determined and schedules are adjusted accordingly, there are times where you require the same tasks done but with a quicker turnaround. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we can not guarantee this will always be possible due to obligations we have with other clients. Express rates are billed at the normal appropriate rate x 2.
To ensure we can guarantee our express service and save the additional rates, you might want to consider our VIP – Priority Package.

Projects quoted under $500 are invoiced and billed in advance and payment must be received in full prior to the project commencing.
Projects quoted above $500 will require a 50% deposit paid in advance with the balance due on completion.
Additional Charges
From time to time we may need to purchase certain supplies (stamps, gifts, etc) required to complete your tasks. These charges will be invoiced separately on the 1st of each month. (NOTE: this does not include specific software or any such tools/programs/equipment needed to complete your task)
