Often in our work environment, we are “superstars”, but once we take that step forward to doing it on our own, something changes.
Besides the new responsibilities that come with running our own business, there are emotional struggles like self-doubt, fear of rejection or fear of failure. There are the moments when we are overwhelmed by everything we now must do on our own, where as before, there was a support staff working for us behind the scenes.
